Dashing Aquatics is committed to delivering high quality superior customer service. As such, we take pride in fast shipping we insure all shipments, and we send you the tracking number for your order after payment is received. We use Paypal's secure payment platform. Moreover, we guarantee that all Dashing Aquatics products are free from defects in workmanship and as such, we will replace any defective product promptly upon the defective product's return to Dashing Aquatics.

Payments

Although payments made to Dashing Aquatics are processed through Paypal.com it is not required nor is their any obligation to sign up for a Paypal acct.

Shipping & Returns
 

Free S&H will not apply to goods that are on sale or are part of a promotion.

Dashing Aquatics will ship to all of North America. All Canadian Customers who have orders totalling $200.00 or more before taxes will receive Free S&H as our gift to you. These orders will be shipped and insured via Canada Post using Regular Parcel as the means of delivery. In the unlikely event of a shipping delay, Dashing Aquatics will not be held responsible. In the event the product has been damaged by a carrier, the customer is responsible to file an insurance claim through the carrier. Upon settlement of the claim , the original order will be re-shipped at no additional cost. If you wish to return the damaged goods for a refund or credit, a 20% restocking charge may apply.
 

All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt. Special order items are non-refundable. All sale items are final sale and are neither refundable nor exchangeable under any circumstances. Products may only be returned unused and in its original unopened packaging. Dashing Aquatics will not be held responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
 

In order to return or exchange goods, the customer must be authorized by Dashing Aquatics prior to return. Dashing Aquatics is not responsible for returned goods that are lost or stolen in transit and it is the customer's responsibility to insurance any returned product at their own expense. Returned items without prior authorization by Dashing Aquatics will not be accepted.
 

In the event of a pricing error found within the Dashing Aquatics website, the product will not be sold at the advertised price. However, a 5% discount will be applied as a courtesy to the customer. The customer will be informed of the new price before shipping and the customer has no obligation to purchase the product.

Only 1 Coupon Code is allowed to be used per purchase, MAILINGLIST is the coupon code for mailing list subscribers.
